北京财富中心千禧公寓对北京世博康康复中心的脑瘫自闭症儿童进行康复资助的第三年。

Millennium Residences have been working on CSR projects always. In the past three years, we were keeping on supporting the Beijing ShiBoKang Rehabilitation Center, a public welfare organization and major in rehabilitation and education for those special children such as cerebral palsy and autism. This organization concentrates on the teaching and developing programs for those kids to learn the living skills.

千禧公寓在自身发展的同时，也一直在进行着一些回馈社会的公益项目。公寓已连续三年对北京世博康康复中心的孩子们进行资助， 这家康复中心位于房山区, 是一家以脑瘫、自闭症等特殊儿童康复、教育为主题的公益组织。其主要目的是为了使身心发育障碍的儿童得到最大可能的康复，学会生活和生存技能。

On September 24th, Millennium Residences organized a charity bazaar for all employees, in which all staff actively participated and dedicated their love and care. At the end we raised good amount of money for the children of ShiBoKang Center.

在今年的9月24日，千禧公寓组织了一场全体员工的慈善义卖活动。活动中全体员工积极参与其中，奉献出自己的一份爱心，活动筹集善款数千元。

In the evening of October 15th, we held bidding for our agencies at our 12th anniversary celebration event. With their big support we had raised a great amount of money at the end. We then added these two together for the amount of 20，000 Yuan in total for ShiBoKang Center this year.

接着在10月15日公寓举办的十二周年欢庆活动中，参与的贵宾们更是一起将爱心传递下去。当晚的拍卖环节如火如荼的进行，最终筹得大笔善款。

Representatives of MR and agent companies visited ShiBoKang Rehabilitation Center on the November 4th, although the school was temporarily closed due to the Covid status in Beijing, teachers were there to welcome us warmly and showed us around.  ShiBoKang has more than 20 professional teachers to conduct special language, movement, sports, and other courses. Currently there were over 100 special children studying here, they might be different to the normal kids, but some showed amazing talent on other areas such as excellent memory, sense of geography, art, or mathematics. The cost per month is 4,000 Yuan per child, which is quite heavy for the poor families and we were sad to learn many families gave up the rehabilitation treatment at the end just because of the enormous financial pressure.

11月4日，千禧公寓代表及中介公司同仁代表一同前往世博康康复中心。疫情当下，康复中心为保障孩子和家长们的安全暂时处于停课阶段，但老师们热情的接待并带我们对中心进行了参观。世博康康复中心目前配备康复老师20余名来负责“语言训练”，“精细动作”,“运动训练”及其他专业课程。可接纳的特殊儿童100余名。这些孩子们虽然与一般孩子不同，但上帝在关上一扇门时为他们又打开了一扇窗，让他们在某些方面有十分突出的表现：如强大的记忆力，对艺术，地理或数学方面非常的感兴趣等。然而在每个月4000余元康复费用的压力下，许多贫困的家庭承担着心灵及生活方面的巨大压力，以至于最后因经济原因只能选择放弃康复治疗。

These children are all special and not able to live normal due to developmental disorders. We hope our small donation can give those children and families a little help. At the same time we encourage you to join us, to share your love and support to the society, to make this world even prettier. And we thank you for being so lovely.

这些“来自星星的儿童”因为不能像普通孩子一样正常的生活，我们希望千禧公寓的这一点帮助，可以带给孩子们一丝温暖，并为他们的康复多一份机会和希望！在此我们也希望您能一起加入，为这个社会奉献一点小小的爱与行动，积沙成塔，让生活更美满。
